04/2014 - 04/2019   Evolutionary analysis of MYB-bHLH-WD40 protein complexes formation and their functional relationship in plants

通过同源DNA序列保守比对,克隆多个物种MBW家族同源基因,并成功构建动物细胞表达载体转染HEK(Human Embryo Kidney)细胞株,同时对拟南芥突变体进行异源基因拯救。将LUMIERLUminescence-based Mammalian IntERactome)技术引入植物系统,首创在HEK细胞株中定量验证植物蛋白的三体互作,探索基因进化过程。

通过转录因子激活效应子(Transcription Activator–Like Effectors TALEs)调控JcFT基因在本体表达,建立一个可控调节系统在麻风树里面的稳定效应。
